SGWEIGH recently hosted a customer from Europe for a visit to its JiaXing factory and technical exchange. The main purpose of the visit was to evaluate our box high-speed checkweigher, a highly efficient weighing solution designed specifically for high-speed packaging lines.
During the visit, our team introduced the customer to the company’s production workshop, equipment testing area, and quality control processes. We also arranged a live demonstration of the box high-speed checkweigher, showcasing its accurate weighing performance, stable operation, and ability to simultaneously inspect multiple products.
The Austrian customer carefully observed the machine’s performance and discussed their production needs, conveying methods, and integration with upstream and downstream equipment with our engineers. After the demonstration, they expressed great satisfaction with the equipment’s accuracy, efficiency, and overall manufacturing quality.
The customer was impressed with the machine’s performance and reliability and confirmed an order for the box high-speed checkweigher during the visit. We will ship to the customer as soon as possible.
