Main Features
1. Automatic type, the capsules are measured one by one, and good products are eliminated according to the predetermined weight range. The efficiency is 400 capsules/minute. It is suitable for capsule models 000#~5#, the weighing range is 20~2000mg, and the accuracy is ±2mg/±3mg.
2. The core part of the equipment adopts high-precision weighing sensors and DSP fast single processing system, and the data measurement is accurate and fast.
3. The mold adopts a stacked block locking structure. When the size of the capsule changes, it can be disassembled immediately and installed in place.
4. The device can identify qualified and unqualified capsules according to a preset specific range. When a failure is detected, the light flashes to indicate.
